The OEB Activated Group has held a strategic meeting with its Local Government Coordinators to evaluate its performance during the historic visit of to Bayelsa State, while reaffirming its commitment to the group’s political objectives.

The meeting, which brought together key coordinators across the state, focused on reviewing the group’s mobilisation efforts during the President’s visit on April 10, 2023, when he commissioned the newly installed gas turbine project in the state.
Addressing members, the State Coordinator, Mr. Virus Ovie Amax, expressed profound appreciation for the impressive turnout, resilience, and dedication demonstrated by members throughout the event. He commended their coordinated efforts, describing their participation as a clear reflection of the group’s growing strength and organisational capacity.
Mr. Amax also conveyed the satisfaction of the City Boys Movement and Grand Patron of OEB Activated, Barr. Osomkime Edwin Blankson, noting that he is highly pleased with the level of commitment exhibited by members. According to him, the commendation from the Grand Patron serves as a strong motivation for continued engagement and expansion of the group’s influence.

He further emphasized that the future of OEB Activated remains promising, urging members to stay united, focused, and proactive in all political activities and mobilisation efforts across their respective local government areas.
Participants at the meeting were encouraged to sustain their momentum, deepen grassroots connections, and remain steadfast in advancing the collective vision of the group.
