“After the Trial Census, based on the experience of the Trial Census, we have reviewed some of the questions and that requires also, a review of the manual. That’s why we assembled experts in the academic field, demographers and our experienced staff who have just left government or retired. And then staff of the Commission”
“We’re now trying to improve the manual to make it understandable to Enumerators as we’re planning the virtual Training immediately”, he said.
