All is set for a 3-Day Training and Empowerment Program for youths and women in modern fish skills, organized by Hon. Rodney Ebikebina Ambaiowei, National Assembly representative of Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency, Bayelsa State, in collaboration with the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), Abuja.

The program will kick off with a seminar on the theme “Cultural Industry, Youth and Women Skill Acquisition for Sustainable Development” at the Anyama Community TownHall in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area from Tuesday 10th to Thursday 12th September, 2024.
According to the Office of Hon. Rodney Amadaowei, the 3-day training program will also be held simultaneously in selected communities within the Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency, namely Anyama, Oporoma, and Otuan.
Prospective trainees, resource persons, and other participants are expected to arrive at the training venue at 9:00 am for accreditation.
