Dachomo arrived in Israel on Friday, October 2, 2026, as part of what he described as his first international Christian advocacy tour.
According to a schedule shared on his social media platforms, the cleric plans to seek an audience with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, where he intends to raise concerns about killings and insecurity in Plateau State and other parts of Nigeria. He is also expected to participate in meetings involving Christian leaders, preachers and prayer groups from different countries.
Dachomo said the trip was aimed at drawing greater international attention to the plight of communities affected by violence in Plateau State and the wider Middle Belt.
He said recent international attention to the killings had made it important to engage leaders outside Nigeria, including the Israeli prime minister.
“By the mercy of God, I will be addressing the world in Israel,” Dachomo announced.
He said his prayers would extend beyond Christians to other Nigerians affected by violence, including Muslims in Zamfara, Kebbi, Sokoto and Katsina, as well as what he described as his “Biafran brothers.”
He also called for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), who is serving a life sentence at the Sokoto Correctional Centre following his 2025 conviction on terrorism-related charges. A Federal High Court in Abuja struck out a subsequent application seeking Kanu’s transfer from the Sokoto facility in January 2026.
Dachomo further said he intended to raise with Netanyahu what he described as the suffering of Christians in Nigeria.
“I am coming to pray against the Fulani terrorists who invaded my village and killed three people in my jurisdiction. I want to thank Benjamin Netanyahu. By God’s grace, if we meet one-on-one in Israel, I will share with him the agony of Christians in Nigeria,” he stated.
The cleric also criticised the Nigerian government over what he described as its failure to adequately address the persecution of Christians, while referring to Nigeria’s position on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
“My government has said nothing about the persecution and genocide of Christians in Nigeria, yet it stands to advocate for the Palestinians and a two-state solution. If that is their position, then there should be two states in Nigeria as well, because Christians are not free. We are suffering under Sharia,” he said.
Dachomo also spoke about the planned prayer gatherings involving Christian prayer warriors from different countries.
“When I land in Jerusalem, the demonic manipulation from the Kingdom of Islam will suffer violence through prayer,” he said.
He added: “Prayer warriors from America, Canada, France, Spain and all over the world will gather to present the case of their nations. We ask God to show mercy upon all of us—including the Fulani terrorists. We love them.”
