The Bayelsa State High Court in Suit No: BYHC/YHC/CV/73/2025 Hon. Solomon Agwanana & 2 Ors v Barr. George Alabh Turnah & Anor has granted an interim injunction restraining George Alabh Turnah from participating, attending any meeting or carrying out any function as a member or officer of the Peoples Democratic Party pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice.
