The Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, Sen. Douye Diri, has advised citizens of the state to refrain from seeing themselves as commodities that can be purchased, particularly with the upcoming elections.

He urged the Special Assistants to serve with character and integrity, as opposed to those who make themselves available to fraudulent promises.
Gov. Diri also commended the group for the “Project No Compromise” campaign aimed at the peaceful conduct of the elections and prayed for a good testimonial for the state.
