Bayelsa State’s Special Assistants will take part in a Solidarity Walk tomorrow September 28, 2023 to support the re-election of Governor Douye Diri.

The “Operation No Compromise” Solidarity Walk has been organised by the Forum of Special Assistants to the Governor, to invigorate support for his second term bid.
A statement by the Coordinator of the Forum Mr. Tobon Princewill said that any Special Assistant who fails to attend the event at 6:30 a.m. at the Ekeki Park will be deemed to have stepped down from their role.
The walk is expected to be an important platform for Governor Diri to demonstrate his popularity and support among the state’s Special Assistants.
