The lawmaker explained that emergency cases often involve unexpected, life-threatening situations such as heart attacks, strokes, severe bleeding, and natural disasters. He noted that effective emergency management requires comprehensive measures, including prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.
He dedicated the award to people of the state, whose support he noted was an encouragement to his administration to render greater service.
The atmosphere was filled with camaraderie and excitement as participants and guests toasted to the Ambassador’s milestone and contributions to public service and sportsmanship.

The lecture, themed “Convergence and Coalescence of Federalists as an Imperative for the Survival of the Nigerian State,” took place at the Niger Delta University Main Campus Auditorium.
