As highlighted in a recent statement by Hon. Ebiuwou Koku-Obiyai, the Honorable Commissioner for Information, Orientation & Strategy, key stakeholders have been invited to participate. Expected attendees include first-class traditional rulers from the affected clans, paramount rulers, chairs of Community Development Committees (CDCs), youth leaders, and women leaders from the specified communities.

The meeting emphasizes a broad representation from several local government areas:
Ogbia Local Government Area:
- Key communities include Elebele, Emeyal Otuasega Oruma, Imiringi, Otuabagi, Otuogidi, Onuegbum, Kolo 1, Kolo II, Kolo III, Emeyal I, Emyal II, Otuokpoti, Otuogiri, Opume, Otuoke, Ebelebiri and Ogbia Town, among others.
Yenagoa Local Government Area:

Ekeremor Local Government Area:
- Communities of Ekeremor Ekeremor, Aleibiri, Anyamasa and Isampou will be present.
Sagbama Local Government Area:
- Participating communities include Sagbama, Tungbo, Toru-Orua, Bulou-Orua, Ofoni, Toru-Angiama, Ebedebiri, Elemebiri, Agbere, Odoni, Isokenike, Torfani, Adunku
Southern Ijaw Local Government Area:
- Leaders from Ammassoma, Ogobiri Ayama, and Igeibiri Angiama, Igeibiri, Aguobiri, Bolo Aguobiri and Obololi are also expected to take part.
