National Assembly Member Conducts Free Medical Outreach Program in Ekowe Community

As part of his Constituency tour, the National Assembly member representing Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Rodney Ambaiowei, visited Ekowe Community in Southern Ijaw Constituency 3 to evaluate his ongoing free medical outreach program for constituents.

During the visit, Hon. Ambaiowei paid a courtesy call to the Paramount Ruler of the community, HRH Chief Godwill Andy Toboro, at his Palace.

The Honourable member of the House of Representatives expressed gratitude to residents of Ekowe and environs for their gracious hospitality and massive response to his ongoing Medical Outreach, which is being carried out in partnership with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).

He also promised to fulfill his campaign promises by providing more empowerment initiatives that would have positive social and economic impact on the constituents of Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency in Bayelsa State.

In response, Paramount Ruler of Ekowe, HRH Chief Godwill Andy Toboro, expressed his appreciation for the honourable member of the House of Representatives and gratitude for his commitment to delivering on his campaign promises.

Chief Toboro emphasized that the people are happy that Hon. Ambaiowei chose Ekowe community as one of the preferred destinations for the ongoing free and comprehensive medical outreach for the visually impaired. He stressed that the people of Constituency 3 are deeply touched by this one-of-a-kind gesture.

The Congressman was accompanied on the tour by Dr. Isaiah Korikiye, Deacon Robert Igali, Chief Jacob John, Ashanti Bekewei Lucky, Mercy Ogidi, Asper Mark, amongst others.
