On February 9, 2023, Chief Dennis Otiotio-Odoni, PhD, who is also the Bayelsa APC Chairman, and another legal practitioner, Mr. Patrick Indaikienyo and three others, survived a ghastly motor accident along the East-West Road while returning from Port Harcourt.

Erevision MediaTV joined Dr. Otiotio-Odoni’s family members, friends, and well-wishers on Sunday to celebrate with him as he expressed his gratitude to Almighty God for sparing his life.
During the Thanksgiving ceremony, he acknowledged that it was only by God’s grace that he survived the accident.
“it is God that kept me alive”, he said.
This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of road safety and the need for drivers to exercise caution while on the road.
We also join Dr. Otiotio-Odoni in thanking God for his protection and for sparing his life.
