The member representing Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Engr. Rodney Ambaiowei, has continued consultations with key stakeholders and political leaders across the constituency as part of efforts to strengthen his re-election bid.

As part of the ongoing consultations, Ambaiowei paid a visit to Chief Godgift Isou Lele and members of his political family, where he presented an account of his stewardship and highlighted some of the projects, interventions and initiatives undertaken during his tenure.
Addressing the gathering, Ambaiowei appealed for their continued support, solidarity and partnership as he seeks a second term in the House of Representatives.
He stressed the importance of collaboration with stakeholders and constituents in sustaining ongoing development efforts and delivering what he described as meaningful representation for the people of Southern Ijaw.
Responding on behalf of the political family, Chief Godgift Isou Lele and other members expressed appreciation for the visit and commended Ambaiowei for engaging stakeholders across the constituency.
They pledged their support for his re-election bid and assured him of their commitment to working with him towards securing victory at the polls.
The visit is part of Ambaiowei’s ongoing consultations with political leaders and stakeholders across Southern Ijaw ahead of the 2027 general elections.
