Chief Seibarugu emphasizes the need for the region to advocate for restructuring and resource control, addressing the concerns raised by the impending nationwide protest.
According to Chief Seibarugu, it is essential to address the lack of equity, fairness, and justice in the current system, where other regions benefit greatly from the resources of the Niger Delta, while the owners are excluded.
As a former Rt. Hon. Speaker of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Chief Seibarugu urges Niger Deltans to engage the federal government and collaborate with like-minded individuals from other regions to achieve the goal of a restructured country.
