The Chairman of the National Population Commission, Hon. Nasir Isa Kwarra, fnsa, has presented and defended the Commission’s 2024 Budget estimates before the House of Representatives Committee on Population at the National Assembly Complex in Abuja.

After the budget defence, the Chairman of the House Committee on Population, Hon. Okunjimi John Odimayo, addressed the press and expressed his satisfaction with the NPC’s level of preparedness and readiness to conduct the upcoming first digital Population and Housing Census in Nigeria. He also urged Mr. President to designate a date for the completion of the next census exercise.
