Court Faults Police Over “Wanted” Order, Upholds Presumption of Innocence in Bodmas Murder Case
The Coroner’s Court today heard testimonies from Civil Defence officers who exonerated Apostle Bodmas, stating that he had no contact with the deceased from the point of arrest through to the handover to the police.
