In a press statement issued by its State Acting Coordinator, Virus Ovie Amax, the group emphasized that all operational structures have been fully activated to ensure a successful and impactful event.

According to the statement, the OEB Activated Group is an offshoot of the OEB Political Family, founded by Osomkime Edwin Blankson, described as a respected lawyer, politician, and philanthropist whose leadership continues to inspire the movement.

“Ahead of tomorrow’s inauguration, all committees, including media and mobilization, are fully on ground and functioning at optimal capacity to deliver a seamless event,” Amax stated.

He further revealed that the group has maintained close consultation with its Grand Patron and Director, Chief Hon. Barr. Osomkime Edwin Blankson, whose strategic guidance and unwavering support have been pivotal to the group’s readiness.

“His commitment to the vision of the City Boy Movement in Bayelsa State remains steadfast and continues to drive our collective resolve,” he added.

Describing the inauguration as more than a ceremonial gathering, Amax noted that it marks the formal beginning of the group’s service to the people of Bayelsa State under the City Boy Movement platform.

“Tomorrow’s event represents a defining moment for us. It is the commencement of a journey rooted in service, unity, discipline, and leadership,” he said.

The group also extended an open invitation to members, partners, and well-wishers to attend what it described as a historic occasion.

“We call on all stakeholders and supporters to join us as we take this significant step to build, serve, and lead,” the statement concluded.
