In a statement released on Wednesday, the group expressed their delight at her appointment, which they say demonstrates her unwavering commitment and dedicated service to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Hon. Ogugu is an experienced politician who has contributed immensely to the development of Bayelsa State, serving as the Director General of the Restoration Campaign Organization during the last Bayelsa State governorship election. The group believes that her new role presents an opportunity for her to further elevate the social, economic, and political status of the state.
In the statement, Robinson Ere Erebi, Special Assistant to the Governor on Special Duties, expressed his deep appreciation for the outstanding work that Governor Sen. Douye Diri has done for Amassoma. He pledged Amassoma Elite Support Group’s unreserved support for his re-election as the next Governor of Bayelsa State in November 11, 2023.
The Amassoma Elite Support Group is a community-based organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the well-being of the people of Amassoma. The group works to ensure that all members of the community have access to the resources and opportunities that they need to thrive.
