H.E (Chief) Timipre Sylva, the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate for the upcoming Bayelsa state governorship elections, visited former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan at his residence on Thursday.

Sylva was accompanied on the visit by Barr. Dennis Otiotio-Odoni, the chairman of the APC party, as well as other party stakeholders.
According to sources, the meeting was productive and focused on strategies to ensure a successful APC victory in the upcoming elections.
The Bayelsa state governorship elections are expected to be highly contested, and both the APC and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) have been active in their campaign efforts.
The visit by Sylva to Jonathan’s residence is seen as a significant step in garnering support for the APC in the state.
