The member representing Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency of Bayelsa State in the House of Representatives, Rodney Ambaiowei, has led a high-powered delegation to Bomo-Ibe in Southern Ijaw Constituency 3 for a consultative meeting, where he expressed deep appreciation to the people for their unwavering support during the 2023 general elections.

During the visit, Hon. Ambaiowei presented a detailed scorecard of his stewardship, highlighting key achievements and development projects executed across the constituency. He formally sought the people’s blessing and support for his second-term bid, pledging to consolidate on the gains of his first tenure and expand developmental initiatives across Southern Ijaw.
Responding on behalf of the Bomo-Ibe people, the member representing Southern Ijaw Constituency 3 in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Moses Marlon, commended Ambaiowei for what he described as an all-inclusive and people-centred style of representation. He noted that the federal lawmaker’s developmental strides are visible across Bomo-Ibe communities and assured him of the constituency’s total support for his re-election bid.
Also speaking, Adolphus Ofongo praised Ambaiowei for returning to consult and appreciate the people who supported him in 2023. He reaffirmed the community’s unwavering commitment to ensuring the lawmaker’s return to the House of Representatives.




The well-attended meeting brought together political leaders, youths, women, men, and enthusiastic supporters from across Southern Ijaw Constituency 3, all of whom pledged to mobilise grassroots support and votes for Ambaiowei’s second-term ambition.
