Any individual or group caught extracting forest produce (wood) without the necessary permission or authorization will be apprehended. Additionally, any vehicle, vessel, or boat used in the transportation of forest produce (wood) will be confiscated, including the floating movement of wood in waterways. Those onboard will be prosecuted.
