The Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State Dr. Dennis Otiotio has expressed appreciation to former President Muhammadu Buhari for his establishment of the Federal University of Agriculture in Bassambiri, Bayelsa State.

He also congratulated Prof. Inodu Keriama on his appointment as the pioneer Vice Chancellor of Federal University, Bassambiri, Bayelsa State.
